The exchange was caught on camera as the usher rushed the grammy winning singer up the steps. 

"The woman understands what happened; I know what happened," Kelly said, addressing the Cannes red carpet interaction. "I have a boundary, and I stand by those boundaries, and that is it."

Ebin New York seems to have directly marketed towards black women in efforts to invade the black beauty market. However since then they have been under fire for the mistreatment of the same women their business relies on.
